We offer a complete, end-to-end solution that guides your project from initial vision to final reality. Our service seamlessly integrates creative landscape design with the entire development approvals process. We handle all the complexities of planning, documentation, and council liaison, ensuring your beautiful, functional design is fully compliant and approved without the stress and guesswork.

This initial stage involves early engagement with the client to discuss the vision for the design and scope the site. Initial discussions may include reviewing existing site conditions, design restraints and client expectations.

Based on the initial consult and any other guidance provided by the client a preliminary landscape concept design is developed. This includes broad spatial planning, functionality, circulation, indicative materials and planting palate. The concept design is typically supported by illustrative plans that communicate the overall design direction.

The concept design once finalised is presented to the client for approval. The presentation involves explaining the plant selection and positioning, zoning of structural inclusions and answering any queries the client may have regarding the concept design and next steps.

At this stage, early due diligence is conducted to assess site conditions, planning controls, and potential constraints. Key investigations such as environmental assessments and regulatory constraints are typically initiated. The goal is to gather enough information to inform a feasible development application (DA) strategy and identify potential risks or issues early.

This phase focuses on organising the necessary consultants, documentation, and internal resources required for DA preparation. This includes engaging planners, architects, engineers, and other specialists.

During this stage, the formal development application is prepared, including detailed architectural plans, supporting reports, and compliance documentation. The content is developed in line with council requirements and informed by earlier investigations.

This final stage involves submitting the development application to the relevant council. It includes ensuring all forms, documentation, and fees are correctly lodged. Once submitted, the application enters the assessment phase, during which council may request clarifications or modifications.

We are inspired by the land’s ancient stories, native flora, and natural forms, and we honour the legacy of care, design, and knowledge that First Nations people have practiced for tens of thousands of years. In every landscape we shape, we strive to walk with respect for the land’s original designers.
